Xin chào,
Welcome to Bee Yin Yoga!
Hello! Nice to meet you!
My name is Uyên (Bee), currently living in Ho Chi Minh City. I used to work in a office, and now I am a Yin Yoga instructor, certified from Yoga Alliance. This journey has led me to a more meaningful path, for myself and the community.
Yin Yoga has brought me a feeling of freedom, lightness, and nurturing... And I hope that will come to you too - a safe, comfortable silence, where we don't need to try to be anyone, but simply be true to who we are.
I have a passion for music. Besides the quiet Yin classes, I offer classes combine with sound such as acoustic guitar, handpan, kirtan music, singing bowl... to help beginners practice more easily and bring more experience to Yinster.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is part of the Yin-Yang concept, which implies opposing but complementary elements that create balance in all things. If Yang is fast and strong, Yin brings slowness and relaxation.
Yin Yoga is a gentle and quiet practice. You will hold and breathe longer in each pose, this practice helps the body to stretch deeply, relieve stress and nourish the inner self. In a world that is always moving and likes to be fast, Yin Yoga may be one thing you in need.

Physical
Give gently stretch to the body.
Strengthen connective tissue (ligaments, joints, fascia). Improve blood and energy circulation by stimulating the meridians.

Mental
Relieve emotional blockages.
Activate the parasympathetic nervous system (in charge of rest & digestion).

Spiritual
Practice patience.
Enhance body awareness and mindfulness. A friendly preparation for meditation.
Corporate Wellness
The health of an organization comes from the wellbeing each individual. But when talking about health, we often think of physical body and forget about mental and emotional health - which are not easy to express. However, without regular and proper care, it will silently lead to burnout and directly affect work efficiency.
Investing in holistic wellbeing is a human-centered choice, helping businesses develop sustainably from within and strengthen team cohesion.
